What does the reservation include?

The reservation includes accommodation, breakfast, parking, WiFi and pool towel service.

What is the breakfast schedule?

Breakfasts are served from 8:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. without exception. Breakfasts are buffet style and we do not have room service.

What is the check-in and check-out time from the room?

Arriving time:

On the day of arrival at the hotel, after checking in at reception, you will be able to access the hotel facilities. Access to the room is from 3:00 p.m.

Departure time:

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated (luggage and personal effects included), in all cases, from 8:00 a.m. and before 12:00 p.m.

Can I visit the Hotel Sol Ixent with children?

The Hotel Sol Ixent doesn’t allow children aged under 11 to stay overnight. Minor children can visit common areas such as the hotel restaurant and bar, but cannot stay overnight.

Are animals accepted?

We regret to inform you that the Hotel Sol Ixent does not accept animals.

Are there rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have 2 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility and all public areas have adapted access.

Do you offer transfer service, excursions or other activities in the area?

The Hotel Sol Ixent does not offer this service directly but offers information from collaborating companies and all the necessary tourist information to make your vacation in Cadaqués an unforgettable experience.

Is the pool heated? Can you visit it if you don't stay overnight?

The swimming pool at the Hotel Sol Ixent is saline and not heated. Its use is exclusive to customers staying at the Hotel. Its opening hours are 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and free towel service is offered.

Do I need to show personal identification upon arrival?

Please remember that it is essential that all guests present their ID or passport upon check-in. No driving license.

What types of cards are accepted as a method of payment?

We accept all types of cards except American Express.
