The new Vert Restaurant offers a gastronomy in accordance with the principles of Hotel Sol Ixent in Cadaqués – Costa Brava: quality,  luxurious flavors in a cozy, traditional and rustic atmosphere.

Vert Restaurant offers a menu with creative dishes designed to share, and thus be able to taste different local culinary options.

Fresh and local products harvested in our garden, fish from Cap de Creus or meats from Empordà. Everything cooked with the greatest respect for the essence of the food and focusing on traditional grill cooking, thus recalling the authentic taste of the local culinary tradition.

A cuisine that seeks to offer the experience of savoring a fresh and seasonal product passed over the wood fire and finished with the sensitivity of our chef at Vert Restaurant in Cadaqués.
